Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues.
  • If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, check with your local post office or carrier before contacting us.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@tipsybeauty.com with photos of the item, and we will review your request.

Faulty Items

We inspect every set before shipping, but if you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, let us know. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best resolution for you.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective products. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

If your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions accurately. However, due to different screen settings, colors may vary slightly from what you see online.

Our press-on nails are designed for temporary wear and should not be used if you have allergies to nail adhesives or materials.
