  • Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@tipsybeauty.com with photos of the item, and we will review your request.

Faulty Items

We inspect every set before shipping, but if you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, let us know. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best resolution for you.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective products. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
  • If your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delive.
